My husband is a truck driver and we are both shy family-oriented people. We will be moving to Wyoming. All my family is in the town we live in now and his family is a distance away from where we will be moving. How do we make new friends?
What are some ways for a married stay at home mom/ college student to meet friends?
Good luck meeting people if you are moving to Wyoming..... It is awfully lonely in this state.

Reply:Get a dog or something. That way you can interact with people around you with the same interest. You're a college student, so it shouldn't be so hard to mix around in college, right? I'm sure they have clubs/ activities you can join. Not only will your future resume look better, you can meet new and interesting people every day. Other than that, find out what the community is doing in your area, such as clubs and activities going on. Interact with people around your area. That way, you get to meet and know more people around you and also know what's going on around you.
Reply:If you go to church you can meet new friends there. If you have children that are school age you could meet new parents through your kids.
