Go to some cafe's or any places that are public. Also, you can join online friends like friendster, and myspace. There are also many other online friend sites. You can also join in chat rooms. ....

Reply:go to places by yourself like the museums, library( yes some people still go there), movies, craft fairs, etc., then strike up conversations and get lucky!

Reply:easy u just go to some one and make a complement and start a conversation. then say hi when u see that person and talk to them when u have the time and soner or later u will have plenty of friends
