I have lived her 4 years and wana make some new friends my naborhood is full of old pepole and I dont gamble or drink so whats a way i can meet other females to be friends with? And is it aproprate to just walk up to a stranger and start a conversation and try to socailise that way?

It depends on where you live. But whatever you do, don't look for friends on the internet. Friends at work and school are just waiting to meet you. I am sure.
Reply:Well throw a get together party at your house on the next Sunday. Then you got a reason to go to your neighbour`s places and invite them over to the party. Invite as many neighbours you can as possible. Hide your money and valuables on the day of get together so nobody steals something from your place :).
Reply:just smile at random people and start conversations with them when you go places. just go to a bar and drink soda or something and then talk to people and ask them how they are doing and stuff
