Get a job, start playing sport (if that's your thing)... Go to parties and talk to everyone.

Use facebook or friendster website. These are very good websites for meeting new friends and/or getting back in contact with old friends at school which you may have previously lost contact with.

Reply:something like a school bus(that has other schools) or a sporting club outside of school. its easy to become friends with people that you see regularly or out of school, or just meeting people at parties.
in general, you meet people by going out and doing things (not to say ur not doing that)
